James Van Der Zee

As part of Black History Month, I planned and presented a program about the life and work of photographer James Van Der Zee. After reading the book, Take a Picture of Me, James Van Der Zee! by Andrea J. Loney, kids were offered the chance to recreate some of his stunning work.
